Ask and keep on asking 
and it  will be given to you, 
Seek and keep on seeking
and you will find,
Knock and keep on knocking 
and the door ll be opened to you. 
For everyone
who is asking, receives,
and who is seeking,  will find
and who is knocking it will be opened to them.

Or

is there one of you who
if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone?
Or if he asks for also a fish, will give him a snake?

So if you even though you are  evil
know how to give good gifts to your children,
how much more your Father who is heaven
will give good things to those who ask him.

God, give me grace to accept with serenity
the things that cannot be changed,
Courage to change the things
which should be changed,
and the Wisdom to distinguish
the one from the other.

Living one day at a time,
Enjoying one moment at a time,
Accepting hardship as a pathway to peace,
Taking, as Jesus did,
This sinful world as it is,
Not as I would have it,
Trusting that You will make all things right,
If I surrender to Your will,
So that I may be reasonably happy in this life,
And supremely happy with You forever in the next.
