I urge you all,
I, the prisoner in the Lord
to ‘walk’ worthily
of the calling
with which you have been called,
with all humility
and gentleness,
with patience,
(by) bearing with one another
in love,
(by) making every effort
to keep the unity of the Spirit
in the bond of peace.

Lord, you have given me so much,
I ask for one more thing –
a grateful heart.
