…giving thanks
to the Father
who makes you fit to share the allotted portion
of the holy ones,
that is ‘in the light’
who rescues us from the dominion of darkness
and brings (us) over to the kingdom of the Son,
of his love,
in whom we have redemption,
the forgiveness of sins.

Grant, Lord,
that we may hold to you without parting,
worship you without wearying,
serve you without failing;
faithfully seek you,
happily find you,
and forever possess you,
the only God,blessed now and for ever.
